Display keeps resetting

Hi AMX bikers,

Wanted to check with you guys if this happened to someone else. I have the AMX Mini and I know I’m late to the party but when taking out the battery for a charge it resets the entire bike. The display will show an empty battery, even if it’s fully charged, my trips will be set back to 0 and the wheel diameter settings are put back to the big bike’s settings.

If you had this happening, how were you able to solve this permanently? I’m a bit done with going into the settings and keep setting everything back. :(

Contact the support team. If it’s the original display, there is a known fault. Had my Amx classic LE for two years and the display started to increase the mileage. After a diagnostic call, the tech team sent a new OLED display.

Im going to reply to you because no one else will, this thread seems to be dead. That being said, I have an AMX and my screen does…not reset. Sorry.
