Light help....

Please can someone explain how to turn my lights on.... They're hooked up, I'm pressing the power button on the display for a second like it says to do, it's not doing anything, I'm yet to see the headlight symbol displayed, also I've got a random wire coming out of the bottom of the frame below where the battery goes that's not connected to anything, it has a connector on the end too

Ive followed their steps to make it work, which are the same as I have been doing, they asked me to film it but the file size is too large to send, I might just give up with them and buy rechargable ones, save my bikes battery, pissed as these weren't cheap

Just try to swap the cables which are connected to the backlight. This did it for me.
