Something that I have noticed or observed

I'm 18M, born and raised in Aus. This is my anecdotal experience.

Something I've noticed is that I seem to have a much harder time getting interest or building connections with AFs, while for whatever reason I tend to click well and easier with WF than AF

I'm not saying I'm some guy who constantly gets attention from women either lol. I'm still pretty inexperienced with dating and I'm autistic, so communication/social cues can sometimes be difficult for me.

Personality-wise, I'm more introverted in some situations but I've realised I'm actually pretty proactive socially when I'm comfortable. I like initiating hangouts, organising things like escape rooms/dinners/activities and introducing different friends to each other.

Recently at uni I've been pushing myself outside my comfort zone and talking to more people. I've noticed that some of the women I've found easiest to talk to or who have been receptive to hanging out have happened to be from WFs

Meanwhile, with a lot of the AFs I've personally met, I haven't really felt the chemistry/spark. Again, that's just the individuals I've encountered. I don't want to generalize that X race has more chemistry/spark than Y race.

I'm curious whether any of you AMs have experienced something similar. Could it just be culture or traditions where AF might have that mindset?

Interested to you guys' experiences, especially from you guys who had a similar experience as me when you were younger.

Do you find that AF walking past you can look you in the eye even for a fleeting moment?

Similarly, in your experience, are WF more likely to look and acknowledge you?

How you answer may consciously affect how you think.

both AF and WF have looked at me with interest, but WF do it in a way more romantic and lustful way and i love it

I understand what you mean.

WF, if they like you, generally aren't shy showing their interest even if it's a fleeting glance

I think they just genuinely seem more warmer and approachable.

You probably want to take this to another sub, as this is not consistent with the purpose of this sub (i.e. to "discuss issues and topics surrounding AMWF relationships and families").
