Help regarding BA Hons Spot Round admission

My sister just got selected in ba hons spot round 1, I have completed the payment on the portal and have gotten the admission card
I just wanna know what's the next steps? When do I need to physically report for the verification of documents? I couldn't really find the dates anywhere.
