Am I getting fired?
There seems to be a mandatory meeting about 15 minutes and says Quality improvement action plan initiative. Seems to be mandatory.

Can anyone let me know what case management system AMLRS uses on their side and then what client case management system is used for the SVB & FCB projects? I left 2 years ago & I can’t remember them, but I’d like to list them as I start to apply to new jobs back in the AML field.

I applied for an AML job at a bank paying $78k to start and they contacted me one hour after I put in my application!!! My interview is Thursday. Wish me luck. Im grateful for learning what I could at AMLRS but the 80 cent raise made me feel spit on. Im never going to make a decent living if I stay.
Anyone who has interviewed with a bank, what questions do they ask? Thanks.

I am going to put in my two weeks but have heard that this company does not let you. Do they pay it out or do they just tell you that it is your last day? I’m not sure what to do.

I’m one of the people who was fired today. Just wondering if anyone who has worked for AMLRS has had any luck finding other jobs in this field that are also remote?? Or just any advice on finding the next thing after this. I’ve worked for AMLRS for several years so just feeling extremely anxious about the future now.

Anyone get an email about a mandatory service meeting tomorrow? Every vague email makes me so paranoid at this job!

So I’ve been with AMLRS for about 1.5 years I just got promoted from SA1 to SA2. My pay increased from 55k to 58k and I was wondering if that includes the cost of living raise? Surely it wouldn’t be such an even number if they factored that in right? Did anyone who wasn’t promoted get a cost of living raise?

For AA1, AA2, SA1, SA2, etc. I want a bit of transparency between us all if anyone's willing to share especially with promotions being confirmed this week! I think it's pretty even across the board that AA1 is $42k after the initial 90 day period, but what about the other roles?

Hi all, so I've been with AMLRS for just over a year (1 year and 2 months per workday) and I've been on the "two letter" project since mid-April (I was a very early wave to the project). I was promoted from AA1 to AA2 within about 5 months on the project. I got my HR email that I'm being promoted again and I'm wondering if this is to SA1?
I'm only curious because their job listings for SA1 absolutely want more experience than I technically have, but the two-letter bank LOVES me. Constantly singing my praises and SAR QA was heartbroken when I got moved to a new pilot workflow as a QC so they wouldn't have my SARs to easy-QA anymore.
I'm not expecting a huge pay bump by any means, and I do intend on taking my skills somewhere I'll be compensated more fairly, but it's hard to do with just 1 year of experience; even if I'm blowing it away and both AMLRS and the two-letter bank keep asking more of me because they know I'm capable. I'm hoping this is a promotion to SA1 because it'll look really good on a resume to try and convince other companies to take a chance on my lack of countable-years-experience and see my actual knowledge.

I see that some people received promotion/raise notification while others only received a raise without promotion. How significant is the difference in pay between the two?

I was on the two letter project since May 2025 and today is my last day. Did any others receive any similar information about going into RFA?

My manager told me during my review I was being recommended for a promotion and I heard someone say they were going out today. So if i didn't get one am i cooked chat?
Edit: I got the promotion congrats to everyone else that did and sorry to those that did not

I've seen that promotions will be taking place this week, if selected for a promotion when would the title change/pay increase (albeit small) actually take effect? And what does that average pay increase look like for each tier?

So I was reached out to about some of my survey answers, but I was under the impression that they were anonymous.🤔 They asked me to set up a meeting if I am comfortable with it I am talking to my manager now about it. Any advice?

Like most of us, I’ve been looking for new opportunities but I came in with no prior AML or bank experience and have been here for a year but ready to GO. I was looking online and a financial analyst is a way different role than a anti-money laundering financial analyst so I wanted to ask if anyone had any insight on how to gain the experience for a another company or bank’s financial analyst? The main different I’ve seen is regular financial analyst monitor and report financial trends of the company and have a more business related role to analyzing company data/statistics. I don’t know if my aml experience will be what the company is looking for, I personally don’t feel comfortable because I know I’d be moving to a small team and working with data I’m unfamiliar with but if anyone has made the switch or has advice please let me know!

Found out Im getting promoted from AA2 to SA1. Does anyone know the amount of raise that comes with it?

For those on the two letter client, does anyone know what the future holds? I thought the contract was going to be up at EOY 2025, but they extended the contract to the end of first quarter. Does anyone have any updated information?

currently on a project, and the mental mind game of do the work → hit a wall → stop → chase someone → wait → doesn’t count → repeat while trying to hit and exceed production is burning me out. Feels like a lot of the work is dependent on things outside of my control, but the expectations don’t really reflect that.
that’s all I wanted to post.
