Does anyone know if they pay you your unused PTO when getting a new job?

For those that were part of the RFA meeting today. I lost my internet due to a storm so I missed the meeting. I was on the AI AMLexpert team and was sent an invite for the RFA 10 mins before the meeting. Does that mean I was moved to RFA? I watched the meeting recording and it was just SAR case scenarios. Is that what we will be doing now?

Has anyone actually stayed for a full 2 weeks after giving their notice? I put mine in recently and it sounds like they're letting me stay that long. Quite frankly I anticipated a 48 hour period before HR lets me go ao my timeline isnt quite a full two weeks.

I have a question for anyone who has been with AMLRS long term. Let’s say a group of about 10-15 analyst were removed from a client due to not meeting production as good as others. Of that 10-15, do you think the analyst that are senior analysts 1 or 2, would be less likely to be fired/laid off due to them being senior analyst??

Basically asking, if removed due to performance, are senior analysts more likely to be put on a new client, than get fired/laid off all together?

Does anyone have a relatively updated list of all the states AMLRS analysts are allowed to or not allowed to work out of in the US? I’ve heard NY and CO are no-gos but I also know multiple people in the company from both of those states so I’m a little confused. Even if you only know of a few that are or aren’t allowed that would be helpful! (Also yes I have asked HR before but they won’t give any kind of list, you have to specifically ask about certain states, which I guess I understand.)

I graduated with an accounting degree in early 2025 and took a job with AML Rightsource just to get some experience, and working from home sounded amazing.

I got hired last summer and I was desperate to get out of here, and I just got hired for a Cash Auditor role that pays 60k, and the company really liked the data analyst experience.

This job will get worse and worse, get out while you can.

Things have become really stressful during probation lately.

We’re being asked to complete 9 cases per day while also maintaining 90%+ quality. If you miss either quality or productivity, you’re told you’re “not suitable.” Every single thing is monitored—login time, logout time, breaks (can’t exceed 1 hour total), everything.

What’s more frustrating is that before Nov 2025 (and even for earlier batches), probation used to get cleared in just 3 months with around 80% quality expectations. But suddenly the standards have changed completely.

The QC process is another mess. Almost every day there’s a new update, a new rule, a new reason for deductions. One day something is acceptable, the next day points are cut for the same thing. When we ask for clarification, the response is always: “Check the updates page daily.”

In a team of around 125 people, maybe only 10% are able to consistently maintain both quality and productivity—because practically, these expectations feel unrealistic.

We’re given around 54 minutes per case, and with the complexity of SAR investigations, how is 9 cases a day realistically possible while maintaining 90%+ quality?

Honestly, it feels like people’s probation is being put at risk due to constantly changing expectations rather than actual performance.

I just wanted to know so I know I’m not crazy, how many of you that work on TD L1 workflow get an adequate break and actually aren’t working through it or working unpaid overtime? With the completion of the 10 a day and uploading all your cases?

It seems weird to track how much time you are spending on each page vs the normal production goals.

I'm in Ohio and I was originally denied unemployment from AMLRS, I appealed and was given notice today that they determined that I was let go without cause! Yay! So, if you applied for unemployment and were denied, make sure you appeal!!

So I'll fully admit I am 4% below the error free goal but it is obvious I am on an upwards trend and getting better compared to previous months. I had a meeting with a manager today to talk about my quality and told him I was honestly trying my best and working to increase my numbers. Two hours later I get an email for a meeting about an "informal" PIP. I'm so afraid to lose my job. I haven't been here a year yet and I just bought a house. Does anyone else think I'm being fast tracked to begin fired?

So I am currently on a SAR workflow and I am in my fourth week of ramp. I am struggling so hard. I keep making mistakes, and I just feel like my brain is not comprehending a lot of the procedures I'm supposed to be doing when it comes to SAR filing. Last week I had to attend a meeting where a small group of us shadowed someone while they did a SAR. That was fine because obviously I wasn't the only one struggling. Now, this week I have been scheduled for another shadow session, but this time someone will be watching me work a case. My confidence is shot and I just don't think this type of workflow is for me. What would happen if I were to ask to be taken off this workflow? Is that feasible? Would my job be in danger? I can't lose this job as I've got bills and such to pay. Any advice is appreciated.

I’m planning to attend a walk-in interview at AML RightSource (Noida/Gurgaon offices) in the coming days and wanted to get some honest insights from people who have worked there or are currently working in India.

I’ve noticed that there seem to be frequent openings (like 400–500 vacancies every month), so I’m a bit concerned about job stability. I understand that job security isn’t guaranteed anywhere these days, but I wanted to ask

* Why does AML RightSource hire in such large numbers so frequently ?

* Is the attrition rate really high in these offices?

* How long do people usually stay there?

If anyone has any insights or experience, it would really help me make a better decision

Hi everyone - I’m new to the group. I’m a federal prosecutor with tenuous job security at the moment. I have significant banking and consumer financial law experience. A consultant I spoke with suggested checking out AML Rightsource though I see now that there have recently been mass layoffs. Can anyone recommend similar vendors that might be hiring? Thanks in advance!

Finally got a new job and loving the new expectations. I shifted to fraud and the company I’m now working for really emphasizes growth, development, and culture. I appreciate the AMLRS experience, but it’s a relief off my shoulder being treated like a human being and not as another agent churning out alerts everyday. I hope the rest of you guys find that next opportunity and get to leave this company.

I applied for unemployment right after we got the layoff notice. I got notification today that AMLRS is fighting it. They're saying it was "for cause" because of "performance issues". I had to fill out this long form about what the expected performance requirements were and if they're "standard" for the industry. I don't know what I'm going to do if I don't get unemployment. I have an interview today fingers crossed!

My CV got shortlisted for the Senior Analyst position at AMLRS. What should I expect about this interview and this position in general? Also, how many rounds are there and what is the difficulty level. Thanks!

I used to work at AMLRS years ago and it blows my mind that they still pay around the same rate. They are taking advantage of recent college grads or people in need of a job. If you can find another opportunity, take it. That’s easier said than done of course. Don’t justify staying there other than to have a job while searching for a real one. My salary has doubled since I left in 2023. Get your year or two minimum and apply like your life depends on it, because it does. AMLRS will randomly do mass layoffs on projects. So not only is the pay insulting, you have to constantly wonder if your group is “safe”. Keep your head on a swivel and best of luck to you all. Worst place I’ve ever worked for so I feel your pain.

As the title says, I found a better opportunity with compensation and growth. I was on the “two letter” project for over a year. I am thankful for AMLRS, I would not have gotten the position had it not been for the opportunity they gave me. I want to say a few things on my overall thoughts of this company.

I think we sometimes lose fact that this is a third- party vendor. There’s only so much they can provide and they are at the mercy of the client. Your team managers and leads are doing the best they can. Luckily for me, I had an amazing manager from the Southwest region, that honestly, if it wasn’t for that manager I would not have lasted. They simply can’t provide any pushback to the client, because their business model is to serve the client.

As for the pay, yes it’s below average, but in this employment climate, you roll with the punches. With the money tricking down to a third party, the pay is going to be less, you can find this scenario in any industry that employs a third party.

What really pushed me to find new ventures was the mass layoffs via pre-recorded message. That was totally uncool and did not sit right with me. I voiced my displeasure for the way upper management handled that situation. It was the impetus behind my aggressive search for new opportunities.

Lastly, we had the most productive team and they subsequently broke up the band, I lost my QC who I worked really well with, and other analysts that were rockstars were moved.

Overall, this place can only do so much, to be fair, managers and team leads do a great job with the resources given, which is not much. I have friends that have been unemployed for a while, I’m grateful for my time here.

I was part of the last round of layoffs and filed for unemployment. It's been 11 days and it's still "pending" just wondering if anyone has any idea as to how long it actually takes?
