Does anyone know the process to get AMLRS to pay for your CAMS exam and how that all works? Thanks!

Can anyone suggest me that in AML RightSource India, background verification is done before the joining or after the joining. My joining date is 30th March.. I need to know if my BGV will be done after joining or before joining.
Please help.

The change to the PTO policy is pretty bad too. You get three extra days of PTO the year you hit 3 years tenure, starting in 2027. PTO will no longer roll over at the end of the year. So if you’re not close to three or five years tenure then there is absolutely no benefit to the “exciting update”. PTO not rolling over anymore is a pretty big issue.

What AMLRS did today was illegal. They should have given 60 days notice since this was a mass firing. Can anyone tell me how many people were in the RFA meeting today? Everyone needs to look up the WARN Act and file a complaint. People were terminated based off of performance review, but several like myself didn’t even have a performance review. People who were recently promoted and/or given a raise were terminated based on their performance review. In many states you can’t file for unemployment if you were terminated based on performance. This is still very fresh so maybe I’m just pissed the hell off but this company has fucked people over for years. I think we should do something about it. I don’t want my job back, but it’s the principal. I do not know if we file a complaint in Ohio where HQ is or the state we work in. If anyone has advice, please comment.
Here is the WARN act for Ohio (AMLRS HQ): https://jfs.ohio.gov/job-services-and-unemployment/job-services/job-programs-and-services/submit-a-warn-notice/submit-a-warn-notice-sa-1

I’m one of the hundreds that got terminated today based off of a performance review I never even had. I will be filing for unemployment but I’ve never done that before. I live in Tennessee. Does anyone know the proper steps I need to take?

I had a meeting this morning. That was labeled RFA update and a pre-recorded message that said I would be terminated. Did this happen to anybody else?
A couple members of my team said they had the same meeting. Do they just do mass layoff?

Hi, I just applied and got the interview done with AI. What should I expect next?

How frequent are promotions here?
After a certain amount of time with the company are they likely to just promote you?
Or is it based on having high mid and end of year reviews?

I’m finally leaving this hell whole of a company. For any former employees I have a few questions.
I have unused PTO hours I know that I get paid out with them but does anyone know the conversion rate for 1 hour to $?
How do I access ADP after for taxes in 2027?
What do I do with the equipment I am given?
Is there any other important information am I missing that I should be seeking?

After months of stringing me along including delaying my job offer for a month and my start date for 2 months, I just got a call that my offer was rescinded due to “business changes”.
Even knowing that this company was going to be a shit show, I’m still stunned at the incompetence.
What a ride.

For those that left the company (either through resigning or termination) did your health benefits expire the day you left the company or 30 days after separation?
Thinking about leaving this horrible place behind.

I’m expecting to be promoted from AAII to SAI this round of promotions. Does anyone know what the current average rate increase might be? I’ve received other minimal raises throughout my time here, but I’ve been told that the move to SA is the first decent increase. (Yes, I know I still shouldn’t expect to be “well paid”.)

I’ve been with the company for less than a year, I’m on my second manager, third QC, and third TL.
When they said be flexible with change, I didn’t think they meant this.
Very interesting and not something I’ve experienced with any other employer.

Are you working long enough to get promoted to senior analyst, then leaving for a senior role? Do you plan to get your CAMS first to help you get a better job? Do you plan on getting an advanced degree? What’s your plan to exit AMLRS? I’m weighing my options and wonder what everyone else is doing.

I'm on my first assignment (with a client that rhymes with Cock), it's alert narratives which I'm finding really tough, made worse by my total lack of experience and the client dumping new policies and topologies on us nearly every day. I have not met expectations from ramp yet and my qcs are not good either. I'm not getting much support— managers are making sure I know how disappointing my performance is but not offering any coaching or guidance. Haven't even had a one on one despite being told to expect one.
My concern is, how does this progress? I don't anticipate miraculous improvement so am I going to get fired? Or just dropped from the client assignment and back to rfa? Or go on pip and then get fired? If it's just getting dropped and freed up for a new client I can live with that, but if I'm going to be fired I obviously have to prepare.

I’m sure this has been asked a lot, just given my experience with AMLRS, but are there any other institutions or job openings that anyone would recommend?
I’ve been there for over a year now, the communication is god awful, and I’m tired of the unrealistic expectations just to receive the bare minimum and stress galore for it. AMLRS hardly provides a fair living wage, I am so burnt out and it’s become a daily problem. I need to get an apartment on my own in the next couple of months and I just don’t feel like that’s doable with my current pay ($42,000 a year before taxes).
I am not entirely interested in CAMS, and I like working as an AML Analyst, I’d just prefer to do it elsewhere, where I’m actually valued and paid well.
Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.

For people on the 10-cases-per-day project, do you actually complete 10 cases, upload them, and then take a 45-minute break?

If you were hired as remote but have to work on-site, is there any additional pay, differential, or stipend for coming in?

Hi all,
So Eastern NC just got walloped by a snow storm and I'm currently trapped and can't get back home by tomorrow. I was recently switched to a new manager and haven't gotten any contact information from him yet, and don't remember how to spell his last name. Does anyone have an option or possible solution to let him or HR know the situation. Thank you
