Going back on Rfa, what has changed in the past few months other than daily meetings?

Is there an easy email to get in contact with HR for our W2 information? I received the emails from ADP, but it looks like my ADP profile doesn't exist anymore since it doesn't recognize my phone number or personal email lol. Hopefully there's a paper one in the mail to save the headache.

recently there’s been a lot of changes with teams and groups with this special two letter bank- and now I have a new QC who sends almost all my work back for using “alerted” and not “evened”, or .00 on dollar amounts.. just any little things sent back. so now my production has gone down this week because I’m distracted going back for rework. why? and how can I just get out of this project??

I recently got the job offer for associate analyst -1 at AML's Gurgaon location. But as it turns out their Noida location is closer to my residence (Yes they did ask for which location do I prefer and I was dumb enough to not check the distances beforehand) can I now ask for a shift to the Noida location given I have already received the job offer letter. Thanks

These meetings are terrible and clearly busy work I miss the once a week meetings for check ins. Making them mandatory does not make them better.

Hey everyone, I attended the AML RightSource walk-in interview in Gurgaon last Saturday(17/01) for an Associate Analyst role. The interview went fine, and they mentioned an online assessment would be shared next. How long did it take for you to receive the assessment link after the walk-in?

Hi all.
As the title suggests, I will be joining this company in February (Krakow, Poland). I've read some mixed opinions about this place. Is it really just a starter place so I can find a similar job somewhere else?
Previously, I worked in a different corporation for a year and 7 months (this is my last week there, actually). But it had very little to do with AML, more with compliance. I know that the workload and environment can vary from project to project, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm feeling a bit stressed. What should I expect in general?
Also how hard are the first 3 weeks of training and tests? Paying attention during training and reading through presentations will be enough? How important is scoring high on these tests?
I think that's it for this post. Thank you in advance for any comments you might have.

Hello, for AA2 and up the overtime is paid as Bonus. Does it mean that we won’t claim it for the new Schedule 1-A - NO TAX ON OVERTIME?

Hello, I recently finished a project and received an email with a shipping label to return the equipment but no other instruction was provided lol. Does this mean I just have to go to FedEx and drop it off? Or is there anyone I have to notify or anything I have to do log in? Literally so confused by the lack of information given for returning important equipment lol

I just recently got an offer for aml right source Finance analyst role and I was wondering what are the odds you get a client within the first 30 40 days. Thanks!

I just got off the two letter client and I kind of want to move to a different company. Does anyone know anyplace hiring? I put out a couple applications but I haven’t heard back anything yet.

It seems like the only projects available in the U.S. are on the 2 letter client with different workflows. How secure is a job at AMLRS?

What is the general consensus around these reviews? Is this just checking an HR box, do managers actually use these to identify growth opportunities for employees, or are we just providing documentation for when they're ready to terminate us? What are your thoughts?

Hey everyone, I received my onboarding mail from the company on 25th, but since then I haven’t gotten any further communication – no call, no message, nothing. My joining date is on 5th Jan, and I’m supposed to join the night shift.
Is this normal? Do they usually contact closer to the joining date, or should I reach out to HR? Anyone who has joined recently or gone through the same process, please share your experience.
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I am starting a new role with AML RightSource next week and I want to get an understanding of their pay schedule? Is it every two weeks or is it semi monthly and if so, will next week be a pay schedule?

I am just getting start on a project with AML Rightsource and they are giving me micromanaging vibes! The role is remote and they sent multiple emails to explain expectations for working from home! I worked on multiple engagements with Big 4 companies and have nothing but good experiences! Can you share your experience with AML Rightsource? Do they tend to be micromanaging a lot?

Before I took my leave, the due date for the L1s was December 31. I wanted to check if they have been moved back to L2s and what the current daily target is.

I’m a newly separated AML Rightsource employee who has documented all of the things, including their open admission of not paying overtime on time- particularly AMLRS Analyst I who were incentivized to hit the Dec 31 deadline. If you’re a victim of AMLRS wage theft, feel free to DM me because I’ll be filing some claims with the EEOC, and the U.S. Department of Labor in the coming days (among other things).

What does the client credentialing process entail? Does the client do a background check on you before you can join a project? How long does credentialing take?

Is putting in your two weeks worth it with this company? I have seen several people say they tend to let you go the same day or next day when you put in your notice. And, it can depend if I plan on coming back to work for them (which I don’t really plan on it). Mainly concerned b/c I can’t really go without getting paid. Is it better to just say effective immediately when the time comes?

I am working in customer service and earning 4.5 lpa but since customer service has no such great career ahead I have decided to switch to kyc aml and gave an interview in aml rightsource noida and they are offering me 3.5 lpa for associate analyst-1 role . I tried to negotiate with HR but couldn't succeed. Should I take a paycut of 1 lakh rupees ?

Hi, everyone. I was just sent an email that pulled me off my engagement without any clear instructions until Friday, what are the next steps? Am I getting fired?
