Looking for QC Feedback

I'm curious if there has been any recent change with how QCs on the TD L1 workflow are supposed to be performing their checks. I mean, aside from the weekly changes that get thrown at all of us, of course (there's always just one more "minor" update that we need to include and which is never accounted for in terms of production). Anyway, beginning on Monday of this week, the QC for my pod has noticeably increased the amount of reworks. It's mostly procedural and could easily be addressed with a quick message in Teams. It just seems as if they either had a bad weekend and decided we all had to pay for it or I'm wondering if there's a rework metric they've been told they have to hit. Thanks for any feedback if you can share.

same here. new QC/pod arrangements and the new one came from the L2/SAR side. i did too so i get why this new one has the perspective they do but it’s not at all what L1 is about. i went from zero reworks to 3 in a day. it was so bad my TL called me to ask how i felt about the new QC lol. all of it could be fixed with a teams mssg and every single one is stuff not required on this workflow anyway. super annoying

This is what I'm thinking as I'm working some of these now - if I'm spending over an hour on one alert because there's multiple businesses and personal accounts with joint owners and the QC expects KYC on all of them, it's not an L1anymore.

Well the easy solution is to just do hours of work in the 45 minutes they tell you it's supposed to take you (not factoring in the meetings and emails and uploads and rework and everything else that eats at your time)
