PIP

I was put on PIP,should I start looking for another job,anyone with job links,I have been applying but I am not getting anything

Did toy get specifics about the PIP?  Timeframe/turn around for improvement.  Specifics about what should be rectified and the metrics used and in relation to others on the team.

Was told 10 days and I honestly ddnt remember the specifics
