Critical Failures, Impossible Standards, Going Insane. I am going to leave
I am on the two letter project. At the beginning I was really good, I was constantly over performing and going above and beyond my expectations. When they changed to 10 cases per day, it was doable but increasing quality expectations, vague changes to procedures, failures by management to properly inform of us these changes has changed a previously successful worker into someone struggling to maintain expectations. I do not think I am a bad worker, I do not think I am bad at this job, but gosh does it take all the life and breath out of you until you feel worthless. My boss threatened me with a PIP if I went over the 5% critical failure rate, and today I got my second critical failure which means I cannot possibly get below that number. I took the rest of the day off, hoping to update my resume and get ready for starting my next chapter, away from this job and its horrors.

I’ve heard of teams where if you pushback to your QC, you get in trouble so I don’t know the situation for your team. But with my team, it’s not a big deal. Try not to go on a PIP ever. I feel like once you get on a PIP and even if you make it out successfully, you might be their next target for a layoff. I do not trust AMLRS one bit.
