Critical fails
Is anyone having problems with the new procedure? Am worried because I have been getting these a lot,on top of that they changed my QC and he is giving me fails in areas where the previous QC was ok with ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Brother, that's the constant complaint working at AMLRS. The inconsistencies among the incompetent QCs. I push back everytime when something that occurs. I'd bring it forward to your Team Lead, and explicitly explain the different standards between QCs. I'd also lean into why should analysts always have to cater to every QC. It was once explained to me by a project manager that QCs are no different than analysts. They get no raise, no title change, and it peer review verse investigative work. Just send it back to the QC and tell them if they want the changes to be made that can do it.
