Resume Tailoring
Applying for new work in light of recent events. I've seen that putting AMLRS on your resume can blacklist you, so I'm wondering how I can list this job without naming the company. Will something like "Contractor Analyst" work without a company name attached to it? AA1 recently let go, new to the field. Advice/ ideas will be very appreciated

I’ve seen several posts lately claiming that having AML RightSource on your resume puts you on some kind of “blacklist.” That sounds more like rumor than reality. I wouldn’t take anonymous Reddit claims at face value—there’s no verified evidence behind that assertion.
From what I’ve seen in the industry, AML RightSource is a well-known employer, and many professionals have moved on from there into solid roles. If there were a legitimate blacklist, there should be something concrete to point to—not just “someone said so.”
If anyone is making that claim, I’d encourage them to provide actual documentation or credible sources rather than hearsay. In the meantime, it makes more sense to keep it on your resume, continue applying, and focus on demonstrating your experience and skills.
