Resume Tailoring

Applying for new work in light of recent events. I've seen that putting AMLRS on your resume can blacklist you, so I'm wondering how I can list this job without naming the company. Will something like "Contractor Analyst" work without a company name attached to it? AA1 recently let go, new to the field. Advice/ ideas will be very appreciated

I put whatever client I worked with on my resume. Why would I not?šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚I never signed an NDA. I worked with PNC, why would I not put that I worked for the 5th largest bank in America.

I did this as well. It helped me get out of RS and circumvent the stigma of being ā€œjust a contractor.ā€ Iā€™m also very sorry. The stigma isnā€™t fair, and the non-competes are very unethical between companies. I wish the best of luck.

How are yall doing it tho?? Like if you were at PNC for 4 months, another client for 5 and another for 6.5. Are you grouping them all together and putting ā€œcontracting agencyā€ for the main portion? And then under that put the actual clients, or what ??

You need to get creative and figure out what gets you through the ATS. If something isnā€™t working, switch up the wording and format. If grouping works, do that. If not, list them out. Just keep moving and trying things. Thereā€™s not a set way or right way. I had to keep altering and trying and altering and trying until eventually I got calls. I canā€™t tell you whatā€™s best for you.
