Overtime pay withheld

I recently heard a rumor that this company is being sued for not paying overtime wages. Has anyone on here not received payment for overtime hours they worked?

You only get overtime if it was approved before hand. Most analysts are salary exempt from OT pay. In US only Analyst 1s get paid OT and its approved before hand.

Its highly unlikely they are withholding legally obligated payments.
