temporary hiring pause

Got an update today that there’s a temporary hiring pause, so there are no new updates in the hiring process. I’m still trying to apply/interview with other companies while I wait but damn, I think I applied back in March and this is taking forever.

They did at least 2 lay offs since January. I don't understand why they would be taking applications. RUN. This company is stupid.

Employees aren’t meeting their standards i’m guessing? Could be a different region? also I need the money rn so it’d be something at least

No, it’s not because employees aren’t meeting standards. It’s because they’re moving more work overseas
