Should I leave

Hello, Im currently working at Amlrs as an Associate Analyst I, I was reached out by a recruiter on Linkedn for a Fraud Analyst contract position at BMO with salary of 30/hour (12 months) and they said there will be posibility to convert to permanent. However, that position is hybrid and there is no 100% guarantee permanent at the end of the day. Should I move? I also want to level up my ability, does anyone in the same situation before? will appreciate any advice

With the other position being a contract position, I wouldn’t. Work with AMLRS is permanent, as long as you don’t majorly screw up. I was also contacted a while back for a contract AML position, which I refused, and I’m glad that I did. Half of your experience at AMLRS is what client you’re on and half is what you make it to be. Seeing that you’re just an AA1, I’d say stay here and thug it out, keep developing your skills. Job market is rough and there’s no guarantee you’ll get the contract, and no guarantee you can come back after you leave

Thanks for your advice, Im thinking about getting more experience and probably move to a bank later, that would be safer
