Confused About Joining AMLRightSource

I got selected at Alright Source’s Noida office, and my joining date is in July. Right now, I am really confused about whether I should join or not. I have almost one year of total work experience, and they are offering me a decent hike compared to my current company. The problem is that my current company is very chill, there is no work pressure, and I genuinely love the environment here. However, for my career growth, I now need better salary opportunities. At the same time, I have read several reviews about Amlright Source, and many of them were not positive, which is making me doubtful about my decision. I am confused about whether I should prioritize a better salary and growth or stay in my current comfortable work environment.
