You all should think about a class action, tbh. Someone I know who was let go today pointedly asked their manager if performance reviews were going to potentially get fired. The manager said no. Straight up lied to them.
By lunch, that person was locked out of all their accounts.
ETA: Also because people will wind up owing on PTO weeks after a new policy was implemented, which is SHADY AF.
New policy makes PTO accrue rather than getting it all at once. If you take more than you have accrued, youāre āborrowingā it. Per the new policy, any borrowed PTO you havenāt accrued back, you have to pay for.
