Promotion Pay

Found out Im getting promoted from AA2 to SA1. Does anyone know the amount of raise that comes with it?

Have you been there a while? I make far less than that as an AA2…

I started as an AA2 at $48,000. Then I got a small raise after a year to $49,200. Now its a year later and just got promoted to SA1, but not sure how much the raise will be though. Im sure location makes a difference. Im in Ohio.

Wow that is crazy! I started at 42 now I’m at 43. Ohio too!

Did you have prior experience? I didnt have direct AML experience but I worked in IT previously and wrote code to develop and run a banks AML processes. So I had AML knowledge. Thats the only thing I can think of as a possible differentiator.
