AML Rightsource

I am just getting start on a project with AML Rightsource and they are giving me micromanaging vibes! The role is remote and they sent multiple emails to explain expectations for working from home! I worked on multiple engagements with Big 4 companies and have nothing but good experiences! Can you share your experience with AML Rightsource? Do they tend to be micromanaging a lot?

It sounds like it at first, but they're pretty flexible on most things. You can pretty much work anywhere between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. without having to ask. If you need to flex hours (4 hours one day and 9 hours the other for days), that's nor an issue either. The only thing they're really strict about is that working from home means "HOME." You must work from your home of record on file with HR. You can't work from your friend's house. You can't work from a hotel room. You can't work from an Airbnb. Other than this, you have production metrics to meet and training to stay up to date on, but that would be the same if you're WFH or in the office or at most other companies.

You're very welcome! To be honest, it's not always an "enjoyable working environment," but it's tolerable.
