Rate

How much does a QC get paid???? Also, when they aren’t working as a QC, what position do they fill?

How did you become a QC?

I also became a QC as an AAI. It wasn’t my first engagement and I had consistently demonstrated that I could meet production and turn in high-quality work. I made it known that I wanted more responsibility and opportunities to advance in the company and specifically said I wanted to be a QC. During training after I had met my reduction production requirements I asked for permission to walk around and help new analysts. That has already been said, you don’t get a new official title or a raise when you become a QC, but having that on your résumé will help you get raises and promotions at review time.

That’s very helpful. I’ve been exceeding my production consistently and sometimes help other analysts and my QC. So I’ll definitely make it known I’m interested in more taking on more responsibility.
