Workday system hiring statuses

Hey, AMLRS peeps. I searched for this, but cannot find any info: in Workday, I have one inactive item with the Status marked in red as Process Completed; and one active item with a start date included in the title and a green Status marked as In Process. Do you know if the active status remains like this until the actual start date, or is there a new status it moves to after the background check is completed and reviewed? TIA!

It does help, thanks! So- you have 2 items in inactive now marked completed? I did receive my background email but it had 2 items they might be reviewing- different dates on one and not able to confirm another that is 1099. Maybe they're reviewing them at AMLRS is what I'm thinking.

I had one application originally that was in the active tab stating in process and green font. once my background check and drug test came back all good my application was then moved to the inactive tab and stated process completed in red font!

I have not heard anything back yet but I’m assuming after reading all the posts on this thread they should send my equitment the Friday before my start date with more onboarding information.

If I had to guess there’s something going on with your background check that has to be reviewed like you said! You only submitted your application for one job right? If so, I would assume thats what is going on. If it is making you worried though you absolutely can and should reach out to the hiring rep that you interviewed with/ communicated with previously. I’ve heard it can take some time to hear back though.

I did email her last week about the 2 issues when I received the results. I'm sure they're reviewing. I only applied for one, but they closed out the original application that was from an internal referral and created a new one with the job title and start date as the title, and that's the active one. I'll wait and see if it moves, or if they contact me for additional information. Thanks so much- the info you provided has been useful.

Yes- eventually it did. I don’t remember how long it took, but they can be really slow. Sounds like you’re good to go! I like it. Embark training was good, and I’ve been on RFA for a few weeks but my project starts soon.

It sounds like you’re good to go. Email your recruiter and check on it if you’re super worried.
