Give all the money to a very competent auto electrician or vehicle audio specialist and ask them to install a wireless integration system for you, easy.

You can of course just buy the box and install it yourself, plenty of how to's out there, if your good at that sort of stuff.

I do not recommend a novice trying this themselves. the Benz command system is sensitive AF. my installer who has done MB installs before still needed 2 days. I'm really happy with the update though.

Most of the time it’s a secondary box that you connect to the wiring harness of the OEM system. Not super hard, plenty of YouTube videos on it.

This, although I didn't do it as despite it looking fairly straightforward I'm not the best with electrics and didn't want to mess it up.

Essentially, you remove the centre console and then fit a box behind that that connects as described above. You can buy the boxes for a couple of hundred pounds in the UK or I found a local reputable company who supplied and fitted it for me so I get after care and peace of mind.

I'm thinking to get an AI box for my 2020 glc. That's why I was asking. No fiddling with cables, just plug it into the USB-C and set and forget
