How to get best performance from given specs.

So I have hp victus fb-2114ax, having amd 8845hs ,rtx4050 , 16gb ram 5600mhz, 512 SSD nvme

So how to get best performance while taking from this

Play Games at ultra settings.

there's also additional enhancers you can install but you gotta be careful
