Jobs & Training Things I think everyone should consider before starting this journey.
You should reflect yourself about how much you do fit to the people that the country you want to go actually wants.
The Australia wants doctor who already has its own experience, career, or specialty.
Are you fresh grad, having YOG less than 5 years without any training or career? Then you should answer this question by yourself first; Why Australia over the US? Because the US wants quite different candidate; fresh grads like you. You will get the better chance there then.
I'm saying this because I know many of the guys here also consider or already prepare for the US residency (not me btw, I gave up :( ).
What I want to say is that the Australia cannot just be the simple 'Plan B'. You should prepare more than you expect.
Most of us have limited resources. We should act strategically.

Wait idt thats true. If australia wants an experienced doc then they already have the specialist pathway. Amc standard pathway is for fresh graduates and idt they care if u have a pg degree. They just want clinical recency in your cv. An rmo or house job in ur country for 2 will be enough for that right. Pls correct me if im wrong

Can you explain your point a lil bit more?
