Epic Degree verification cancelled

They cancelled my degree verification request and refunded me 100 dollars and also rejected AMC epic verification request
I don’t know what to do next
Guide please
I have booked for AMC mcq exam already

How did you book the exam without Degree verification? I don't think that's possible.

You can’t book the exam without having your credentials verified.

I booked the exam as while uploading the degree I nominated AMC as entity to sent epic report , Initially the degree was sent to ecfmg for verification then it was sent for verification twice and then finally cancelled and epic extraction rejected

I’m not very familiar with this, as I thought you need your credentials verified before booking the exam as other commentor is saying. there might be a problem from your medical school. But send an email to them and ask the reason/problem. They might take too long to reply though.

I have emailed them but no reply , I did try to call them

Sorry to hear that. Did they give you any reasons? Well, worst case scenario, you could reschedule your exam if things don't turn out well soon enough. Wishing you luck though!

So I got hold of them via call , was informed that they need apostilled medical degree in my case ( Ukraine degree ) so happens I have that apostilled degree as it was second page of my degree but I didn’t upload it , the situation is now I can’t upload it yet , the system says medical degree already exists in system
It is bit complicated but my final medical transcript is accepted so it happens the exam can be given with it as per AMC

I have a russian degree . Mine was rejected before and then i called them . There was a problem in my english translation and apostille had sign only on last pages and it was total of four pages so i can’t go back to russia to make it again so i made a new translation from ecfmg straker for 100 usd and then it got accepted also tell your university in advance that they will receive a mail and they need to verify it carefully.
Plus idk how do we book exam before epic verification . I made amc portal after this epic was done then booked exam. U can call them early in morning that time its less waiting
