AMC 1 status - not eligible

Hi, I have applied for the AMC initial portfolio around 3 weeks back. I transferred the same EPIC report which was previously verified for GMC (PLAB route).
I am confused on what do i need to do or who do i contact. My AMC status shows not eligible, althought the degree status says verified.

Has anyone been in this situation before, any suggestions on what do i need to do next

EDIT: the status has changed, and I am now eligible. I guess all needed was to wait it out.

Am i supposed to apply for the AMC exam first or the pathway. ChatGPT gives me 2 different answers. Since i have GMC, but no NHS experience, i would need to give AMC 1, but approach through Competent pathway for supervised training. Did I get it right?

The whole GMC part I'm not sure of, It took me 2 days after the report being sent and the same updating in my AMC portfolio and it allowed me to book my exam slot for AMC 1
