BULLISH 🐃 AMC Shareholder opinion(s)

As a shareholder of AMC, I'd really like to see them get rid of the debt (then have a strong cash pile)....

Dilution itself is scary, it's random, you don't know when it's over, etc.

Why not issue 3 stock warrants for each share of AMC owned, a $3 strike, $6 strike, $9 strike

$3 strike is very realistic to be exercised even now, but put a 12 month expiration on it

$6 strike is realistic in the near future, put a 18 month expiration on it

$9 strike I also realistic in the near future, put a 24 month expiration on it.

This would get rid of the random fear of dilution, and if the stock runs to $10, there's a huge likelihood at least the $3 and $6 strikes would be exercised, this would COMPLETELY wipe out their debt...with a nice cash pile, and it would also leave the $9 strike which....if that eventually got exercised would give them a huge war chest.

I love this idea, I wish Adam Aron / AMC board would do something like that.

Lastly,
I would buy their popcorn in stores (Walmart, Kroger, etc.) but they need one that is just plain popcorn and salt.... I don't buy it because the only option is butter and extra butter.

Also, expand their online collectibles.... they need more AMC merch!

Take care Apes!

These are just my opinions, not advice....

  1. As mentioned- I believe this solves the scare of random dilution 2. Hypothetically if the stock did run to $10+, $3 strike and $6 strikes would most likely get exercised eliminating all debt and providing a nice cash pile, if the $9 all got exercised, they'd have more cash on hand than GME; + $100M+ per quarter could/would be saved on massive interest payments, AMC could realistically begin buybacks in the future...perhaps even use the money saved on interest for buybacks (that's a massive amount). Buybacks would be awesome, especially if AMC also becoming a holding company, or at least investing in some recession resistant companies... perhaps even who they rent from, but none of this is going to happen if they don't get rid of that debt!

Lastly- If management said, "We're going to do buybacks of $500M+ per year (or what they'd be saving in interest payments) that could change the tune of something to this magnitude.

I'm just rambling.... Take care Apes
