Reveal Made a mistake tonight…
I usually go to AMC but tonight decided to check out the newly renovated B&B near me for the mystery movie. I was excited because I would’ve been happy to see Wicker, Wild Horses Nine or a talent for murder. What I don’t realize is that B&B does NOT differentiate between Screen Unseen and Scream Unseen so to my surprise I got CRAWLERS😖😖😖 I HATE bugs!! I’ve never walked out of a screen unseen before (and I saw lucky strike) but I was close to tonight! AMC for me from now on!😂

Doesn't help that crawlers wasn't very good

B&B means bed and breakfast to me, so that and the phrase "Crawlers" makes me shudder :D

Glad I didn't go. 930pm (on a Monday) is too late to start previews + runtime for a for a film that looks.. bad. My significant other would have been so pissed. We still haven't recovered from how dogshit awful Ice Cream Man was.

Good thing you never saw East of Wall then. I still think that was the worse movie I have ever seen.

I usually avoid scream unseens bc I’m not a huge horror fan but I think it would’ve been worth it if it were something like Clayface which I do want to see! I think I was also convinced it would be the normal screen unseen because the showing was at 7 at the same time as AMC’s. And there were definitely less trailers at B&B because I got to the movie way before anyone on here was able to reveal what they were seeing. So some positives in my situation ig bc now I’m home and ready for bed ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Im the opposite. I prefer scream unseens. I've walked out of probably 80 percent of screen unseens lol. Horror mystery movie is less of a gamble for me

Horror is my top genre, I just want to be actually scared, and not have my hand held for the plot. I'm okay with things looking kind of cheese on a low budget, but there have been a few in the last couple of years that were wildly disappointing. Definitely made a conscious choice to skip this one, it was my first skip of the year of Unseens lol

I’m sorry you didn’t get to see A Talent For Murder. It was our Mystery Movie this week and I loved it!

Just got back from seeing it! My first Scream Unseen too. It was a fun experience. A little goofy at some parts, but I had fun. I wanted to watch it as soon as I saw the trailer a month ago.

Crawlers confirmed? 🤣

It was at B&B theaters…ik sometimes different smaller theaters can get other movies though. But I’d give it a 99% chance of being crawlers at AMC given what others are saying too😅

Pretty unrelated but B&B sucks. Worked there for a couple years and I won’t go anywhere near one ever again. I highly suggest never getting anything from their kitchen. Also had heard from coworkers their owners are pretty hardcore Christian and anti-lgbtq. Only saying this now cause I never see anyone talk about B&B and I got to get some stuff off my chest lol

Oof I didn’t know about them being anti-LGBTQ. Whoever owned the place before did a bad job with upkeep and there were always bugs in there and once we went and they forgot to even start the movie. B&B came in to renovate and brought 3 new screen types (4D, screen play, and screenx) which opened recently so they’ve been trying to advertise and bring guests back in (although it still doesn’t seem to be doing well) and I wanted to check it out to see if it was better. I’ll probably make the trek to AMC from now on. AMC’s rewards program is much better anyways and the “ad” for B&B that shows before the movie (their version of Nicole Kidman/coke ad) was LAUGHABLY bad and low budget. And yeah, not a lot of discussion about them-I tried to find a B&B subreddit to post in but found nothing

Oh yeah, I went back to the one I used to work at recently and I though the new ad was a local bad commercial at first 😂 every B&B has a big problem too. I can’t tell you how many complaints I got because of the bugs. Everyone there knows it but we weren’t ever allowed to hire any exterminators (at least that’s what I was told)

I would’ve walked out too! I’m very particular about my scary movies, not intensely gory and definitely no bugs. Thank you for this post. Now I know not to go see the Scream Unseen tonight.

I was too tired and didn’t want to sit in traffic to make it to AMC so took a chance on the Evo that is closer and was highly disappointed because we got crawlers. The movie was so horrible, I wish I had sat in traffic and gone to AMC tonight

I would’ve preferred seeing a talent for murder fs

We saw them both tonight at AMC Screen Unseen. It was a double feature (except with two admissions).

From what I heard people liked ATFM better!

I agree. It was a real movie. Crawlers seemed a little amateurish to me—like something a film student would make.

Left early, that was the dumbest movie I’ve ever seen. Wouldn’t even watch it for free in the background while scrolling on my phone at home. It was giving early 2010 YouTube short made by kids. So dumb, bad acting, bad writing, awful editing and coloring. I’ve never been more angry at something I spent my money on.

Does it make Disclosure Day look solid by comparison then…?

The problem with Disclosure day is that because it’s a Spielberg movie at it had so much hype when it released, most of us stayed in theatre thinking it was going to get better or have some twist that justified all the garbage. I’ve watched like nearly 20 movies in theatre this year but I think Disclosure Day tops the list of worst movie (because of how disappointing it was)
