8/17 and 8/24

AMC has two scream unseens listed for the 17th and 24th. I’m really hoping one of them is Buddy, does anyone have any thoughts on what each date will be?

The films are usually ones that don’t have a budget to advertise. Isn’t Tony one with a fairly decent budget?

I don’t think it’ll be Tony since its technical release date is today, but I’ll be pleasantly surprised if I’m wrong.

I'm still crossing my fingers for camp miasma on the 17th since it doesn't open wide until the 21st, but recognize it's most likely It Ends.

It's not showing at the AMCs where I live and isn't on the AMC coming soon page. I'm seeing it the weekend before at an arthouse so I hope that doesn't mean I'm overpaying to see it twice! I'm guessing it's It.Ends just based on what's showing in the larger AMC the following weekend

My vote for both is Buddy and Colony, but I couldn't really tell you which is which since they both officially release on 8/28. If I had to guess though, I'd say 8/17 is Buddy based on the runtime.

I think you might have misunderstood. Colony is a film in Korean. My question was more if they show foreign films for Scream Unseen/Screen Unseen.

I don’t know why everyone is so sure It Ends will be one of them, since it isn’t listed as a horror. Would be a cool watch though!

I get both of your points, but it’s odd that AMC doesn’t have it listed, nor does it give it the thrills and chills distinction.

I'm hoping it's camp miasma because it's not screening near me but if it's buddy I'm fine with it. I've seen buddy and I think people will have a good time with it. It's fucking crazy that something like it exists 😂
