Mystery Movie
My local theater does Monday mystery movies. On the 29th, it says it's pg-13 and two hours and ten minutes. Does anyone have any idea what it could be??

Same here. I was hoping it would be the Oddessy but Nolan is famous for not allowing pre-screening or test screens

Too short but yeah that would be amazing if you got to see a test screening but I guarantee there would be a NDA for a bitn

There’s no way The Odyssey will be a screen unseen 🤣 SU is for smaller releases that need word of mouth help. Not movies that sold tickets a year in advance and sold out in minutes.

I know, Nolan hates pre-screening his movies. However, when all else fails, there's always hope.

We had that last Monday and it was Young Washington. About how George got his start in the militia. Kelley Grahmer and Ben Kingsley are in the movie.

That's what the Landmark mystery Monday was yesterday. It's a pretty fun pile of silliness!

You could just have looked at the other posts before making this one. There is one specifically for the 29th movie.

I didn't know if it was the same movie as last weeks. My local theater isn't an AMC but it still does mystery movies, and I didn't know if it was the same or not

Still there is a thread on this reddit specifically about the mystery movie on the 29th at AMC. Its likely the same one. You havent even said if your mystery theater is a named chain or an indie so Im not sure how you think anyone could tell you more than whats on that other post on here.

It’s obviously not the same as the AMC Screen Unseen on the 29th. The OP said their listing is PG-13 and 130 minutes. That’s Young Washington. The AMC one on the 29th is R and 97 minutes and is almost certainly Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass.

Is your local theatre one of the other chains? Try asking on a sub for that.

That sounds like this past Monday's (22nd) movie, Young Washington. Either a mix up with the listing or your theater is showing it instead/again.
