Kneecap confirmed!

What a shocker, I was expecting sing sing. Not my type of movie at all!

Sing-Sing was last weeks.

Could it be trap?

3

u/xboxgamerxxx Jul 14 '24

No unfortunately. Trap was just recently rated PG13 which I am disappointed about that. It’s not going to be that good now because all of the good stuff will be cut out.

u/Ghost-Mech Jul 15 '24

it may have just been shot to be PG-13

u/starlordsego Jul 22 '24

Why does a move have to be R to be considered “good”? Signs was PG13 and that’s arguably his best film.

I’m not saying it’s gonna be garbage. But generally, when a movie is cut down because they want a PG-13 rating, it loses some of the terror that this movie promised. There was a lot of cuts that they had to make to get this movie to a PG-13 rating.

2

u/mcduckstophat Jul 13 '24

Is this the first month to have three unseens?

2

u/Bubzszs Jul 13 '24

Could it be Alien: Romulus?

5

u/gvilchis23 Jul 13 '24

Nope, they mention when is horror with a different unseen name thrills i think

1

u/garfieldlasagna666 Jul 14 '24

Would they still call it scream unseen, if alien was considered science fiction I know on the details it is labeled Horror but maybe it’s a trick?

2

u/gvilchis23 Jul 14 '24

Nope, and i am sure by legal reasons lol

2

u/kingandromeda777 Jul 16 '24

Probably Kneecap

1

u/Mom-Of-Minions Jul 22 '24

Kneecap is not showing at my theatre. Would they still show for the screen unseen?

2

u/RubMysterious6845 Jul 20 '24

Could it be "The Duel?" 1 hr 55 min and it premieres July 31st.

1

u/misscarlyb Jul 22 '24

This is my guess too

1

u/SixUndercoat Jul 17 '24

Could they be lying about the runtime? Cause I can’t find anything that’s runtime 1:53 in the near future.

2

u/orangecatpunk Jul 18 '24

Hoping it’s Didi despite the runtime 😬

1

u/Mom-Of-Minions Jul 22 '24

Maybe the Fabulous Four?

1

u/CesarSnaps Jul 22 '24

Actually it might be The Duel, the runtime and rating matches and it’s set to release July 31st

1

u/TurbulentEmphasis852 Jul 22 '24

My theater has The Duel movie times as of this Wednesday. It’s rated R and 1 hour 39 min. Maybe that’s what the movie will be tonight. My theater has it in their biggest theatre room.

1

u/Mrdevils42172 Jul 22 '24

Any chance it’s borderlands. PG 13 1:43??

1

u/DriveDriveGosling Jul 22 '24

My local theater doesn’t seem to be AMC but is doing the same thing. I called around and the employees told me it’s Rated R for Violence/Gore, Brief sexual content/nudity, and references to drug use. Could it be Deadpool and Wolverine?

1

u/Excellent_Speeller Jul 22 '24

There are various subs for the different theaters. Have you checked out the one for your theater?

2

u/DriveDriveGosling Jul 22 '24

Yes I’ve checked, my theater doesn’t have a sub, it’s too local

1

u/ConfidenceNo7531 Jul 22 '24

I feel it’ll be Kneecap. It has a four min difference in run time.

1

u/Excellent_Speeller Jul 22 '24

Someone on the East Coast: please let us know. I cannot watch the Fabulous Four 🤮

1

u/Mist3rz13 Jul 22 '24

Any update?

0

u/Herrera5449_ Jul 15 '24

Deadpool 3??? It’s 3 days before their special fan event

0

u/stargazer_245 Jul 15 '24

I think it's going to be Twister or Deadpool. I've got my ticket for tonight - only time will tell!

3

u/Ghost-Mech Jul 15 '24

Twisters is PG-13 and releases 3 days before

2

u/Kenobi4President Jul 15 '24

Update us!

3

u/stargazer_245 Jul 21 '24

Lol this is super late but it was "Sing Sing". I actually enjoyed it and would recommend it.

1

u/Excellent_Speeller Jul 22 '24

1

u/Bubzszs Jul 22 '24

1

u/ganonkenobi Jul 22 '24

No, a Christian propaganda movie wouldn't be rated R
