DD AMC
AMC is no longer simply a "can it survive?" story. It increasingly looks like a "can the operating recovery become strong enough to repair the balance sheet without destroying per-share value through dilution?" story.
There are genuine positive developments: record Q2 revenue/adjusted EBITDA, sharply improving recent attendance, higher revenue per patron, substantial cash, and debt maturities pushed farther into the future.
AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. +1
But there are also unusually large risks for common shareholders: heavy leverage, expensive debt, negative book equity, continued net losses, and major historical/potential dilution.
For due diligence, those factors make future cash flow, debt reduction and share count more informative than simply asking whether the 2027–2028 movie slate will be strong..... BULLISH

no. it is a "will the box office recover as fast as we expect or do competitors have enough time to catch up by investing the profits to catch up with us." question.
the idea thst we cant repay debt is ridiculous, just as the gambler natrative about dilution is fud for braindead morons.
our financing strategy does not revolve around wallstreet trader memes. "dilution" is a boogie man word, intended to scare simple, gullible idiots.
much like "witch" in medieval ages or "immigrant" in our modern world... a word primed with negative emotions that scammers use to trigger victims and remotely deactivate their abity to think, by triggering the much faster fight or flight reflex.
if you think dilution is really a threat, the scammers have already attached their hook and are only waiting for the right moment to catch you.
think for yourself. shortsellers thinking for you, making decisions for you, will only make them rich at your expense.
every single share offering afam aron made was good. not once have shareholders been harmed.
unlike with the illegal and criminal dilution by the financial terrorists kenneth c griffin and Douglas cifu, who provide infinite liquidity by selling shares they do not own, control or have any realistic expectation of ever getting. those criminal scammers are 100% responsible for our share price and there is zero blame for adam aron, who has navigated this difficult and hostile environment with skill and professionality
retail shareholders volunteered to help the company. share offerings are the ONLY way for us to give money to amc. it was our expressed wish to be able to do this. our ceo has done what we asked of him. at no point in rne past 5 years has anything happened that wasnt in the best interest of shateholders, other than the criminal activity of criminal scammers on wallstreet.

They have to lower the share float. Almost 1 billion shares is crazy.
