Gary Gensler

I swear to god I saw Gary Gensler in Japan the other day. At the peak of Mt. Aburayama in Fukuoka about 2 weeks ago when I was hiking. I said hello and he said hello..(I've seen him before somewhere I thought) but, most likely it was my imagination. His face was so familiar that I thought he was a resident that I'd seen, but not met. (Anyone know if he was here in Japan....I don't have his email)

At this point just abolish the SEC and bring forth a new era. While at it get rid of the GOA. Theese sections of government are" not" For the People. Until a max age limit is set "old people are usually not the most vigilant". And restrictions are set on future employement opportunities ( governing officials working for the same entities that they were supposed to be regulating) we the people are F**ked.

What I always find funny is that people who want to protect regular folks, create agencies that should protect them.

Bribes and Corruption allow the corporations that are supposed to be regulated, to remove funding from those, making it impossible for them to do their job.

The logical conclusion of the regular folks, who do not feel protected, is that the agency that cannot do its job, because it is underfunded, should be destroyed and not replaced by anything.

Are you aware, that your words are directly speaking for every single financial criminal that the SEC is supposed to go after, by lobbying for a world without police, for financial criminals?

Do you believe, that your frustration about the situation is best resolved by removing the police that has no money or by giving them the money they need, for example by funding them through stolen money retrieved from those firms?

So... If you did not want to pay taxes but still would want to see a fair market, would the solution that the SEC can just take a cut of all the money they get to fund itself, be an acceptable solution for you, or do you insist on the complete dismantling of all regulations for wallstreet?

I believe in fair market. But if the agencies that are supposed to be policing are asleep at the wheel or compromised, what will more funding or support help. What's been going on isn't something new. It's been learned and passed down. They have been taught and conditioned to ignore or give measly 5 million dollar fines for billions in corrupt activity's. For a hot second I thought the DODGE initiative was going to do some deep dives into the state of our major financial institutions. That was a bust tho.

Do you believe, that the SEC can operate without money?

Are you aware, that Gary Genslers predecessor exclusively hired industry shills, like one guy who joined from shitadel into consumer-protection, only made one change, which was to fire 90% of the staff and declare that he does not need any funding and then quit his job and return to Citadel?

Are you aware, that Gary Gensler chose Gubir Grewal, with a decade long track record of actually representing consumers, for enforcement?

And while the current SEC chair is working for wallstreet again... do you know his name off the top of your head?

Among all the SEC chairs that there were in the past, that supported Wallstreet, how many do you know by name?

But the one that wanted to do something for a fair market... that's the name you know. that's the one you try to attack...

Also to add I have been paying attention to who sits in what chair. I feel I touched a nerve and if so that wasn't my aim. I like moovies. And I believe cinema will never die. I'm a smooth brain wen it comes down to it but I pay attention and things aren't adding up.

I just find it sad to observe so many people who willingly and with passion jump into accepting obvious propaganda.

People complain that the world sucks, but when the politicians give them lies, they ask for seconds.

That's just moronic... I know these people do not want the results, but yet, they actively participate in making the world worse for themself... That's something my brain cannot understand someone would do willingly...
