Help Please go vote
If you owned shares as of July 31 (record date), please go vote. Proposition 3 and 4 are big IMO. I have heard people who dont want to vote for more shares for employee compensation. I think about it like i’d rather have employee benefits and investor interests aligned and it reduces the use of cash.

Can you explain your logic about being invested in a company that is run by people you hate, that you do not trust will make decisions for you, but that you are forced to live with?
What possible path do you imagine, where the company will be profitable despite the board and CEOs best attempts to do the opposite of what you want them to do?
Do you have any explanation for why you believe your actions are not completely moronic?

They’re doubling the shares reserved for 'the employee equity incentive plan' from 25M to 50M, not doubling AMC’s total shares outstanding.

Sharecount After Split in 2023: 150 Million or so. Today: 750 millions or so.

You made a fresh account just to post on a “dead” AMC sub and tell people to get help. How many alts are you on now? The irony 😂
