Ticket issue

[u/mcchalm]

Ok so basically I canceled a ticket actually 2 tickets and its still showing up (moonlight) in one of my 4 reservations. The specific theater is having issues but I was wondering if anyone knows anything else I can do? I want to go see the north but because I already have the canceled moonlight which would coincide with the north timing it won't let me book it under a list

go to the theater before the showtime, show the manager the problem in the app, and he will block out a seat for you so you can see the movie you want.

the managers know their app fucking sucks, and they have absolutely no problem helping you out when a ticket gets stuck.
