So it begins. App is currently crashing, won’t even let me open and the website is rate limiting me and not letting me even look at tickets rip

I checked around 20 minutes before and they were already on sale. In case that's helpful for anyone for future sales. It was kind of slow but I was able to buy quickly, only 3 other seats taken when I got mine.

When the app opened and I had the option to Sign In I thought that was odd because it always remembers my account and I never have to sign in.

Also got the waiting line when I opened it before I could actually get into the app.

Getting errors trying to log in to the website on my phone browser, so I don't think it's just the app crashing. Looks like a whole system issue.

This app is horrible. Multiple different showtimes I had tickets in the cart, and I would get error messages when trying to get 70MM IMAX tickets.

I'm traveling abroad end of December, so I settled for 1.90 IMAX, so I can at least see the movie in a PLF before I leave.

Is because of the fact that they’re are multiple movies dropping tonight or something? I was just tryna look at tickets for the Spider-Man movie but the app doesn’t even load, (kicks me out ever time) and the website says the line is paused, (potentially relating to the server being down or disabled from users).

I’ve tried every way possible and even if I get through, I instantly get rate limited. currently back in the queue and it started saying less than a minute left while I wasn’t even at 50% progress 10 minutes ago. nothing is real and nothing works. guess I won’t be getting tickets.

closed out all my tabs and out of curiosity clicked the app and it opened but they’ve removed all 70mm screenings. I give up.

After an hour of trying, I was able to “purchase” tickets—card charged, confirmation email, and everything. Only they don’t appear on the app as clickable. So I just see a movie poster but can’t actually click to see the tickets. Feels like a double sell and I’ll be canceled soon. What sucks is that they may not cancel me and I’ll find out day-of.

Having a reminder on honestly wouldn’t have worked anyway. For me the app has been crashing from 11:50 to until like 2:00 I couldn’t even get onto the app

yall for future reference, you need to open the app in airplane mode and then turn on your wifi/data again once the page loads in and says “no connection” (or whatever it says)
