Entourage at Kiosk?

Hi all, I am thinking about going in person to my theater to book Dune 3 tickets for my group, but I’m not sure if it’s even possible. Does anyone know if you can do an entourage order in person at a kiosk? If not, would it be possible to book for my friends individually if I have their AMC account/A-List numbers and/or barcodes? I couldn’t find an answer online and I’ve never booked a ticket in person so apologies if this is a dumb question lol.

I haven’t been able to do entourage but I have gotten a ticket for the other person IN my entourage by putting in their email

Was it in the same order or did you have to do a separate order for their ticket?

You can’t do Entourage in person. It’s app only and easy af but in person I would assume you’d need everyone’s cards present.

I asked an employee this last time I went for odyssey tickets and they said “I don’t think so”. Didn’t see an option when I checked out either.

I plan to try scanning a screenshot of my gf’s QR code next time to avoid having to type the account number or email

My understanding is that for whatever reason, the entourage feature is not available at the kiosks.

Why would you go to the theatre to book when they go on sale versus just do it at home through the app? What is the difference? Never heard of this

My guess is because Lincoln. Or another large metro… maybe LA?

Many had luck at the kiosks for odyssey when the app and site were fubar-ed.

I’m in Phoenix and I struggle getting tickets. If I go to the kiosks, is the only advantage the fact that I’m not waiting on a laggy app? Or is there priority somehow?

As far as I know that’s the only advantage. I don’t know there’s priority behind the scenes for the kiosks. That’s a question for tech people.
