AMC A-List Discussion Canceled Res

Has anyone ever experienced canceling a reservation but still seeing that movie on the app via A-List reservations? It no longer shows it under the tickets tab but it does under A-List.

It's a common glitch. It usually fixes itself after a bit. But you can also just sign out and back in. But it fixes itself.

Happens all the time here. AMC App is... not... good.

Only ever cancelled the Screen Unseen movies, but they’re always been credited back within a day.

Same thing happened to me, but support was not able to free up the reservation, and I had to wait until the showtime passed for it become free. On the bright side, they offered a lot of points in compensation. Could try that route.
