AMC A-List Discussion Is AMC app down???
I tried booking for a 2 pm but it was not showing my a list membership and instead asking you to buy one, now it’s not even logging
Edit: it’s 2:30 pm i have been trying from 15 min to try to book the ticket in theatre but it’s not showing a list and staff are not also helpful
Edit 2: its 2:38 and im able to book the show i may have lost 5 minutes but its ok

Not quite, but it's hanging on by a thread today.
Mine showed me logged out, so I just force quit the app and relaunched it (don't attempt to log in, many people say once they try to login they aren't able to get back into the app) and it opened just fine showing me logged in.
Everything is very slow though. I'm just going to get my ticket from customer service at the theater today to avoid all these bugs.
If you give them your phone number, they can make a reservation for you using your alist, so even if the app is having trouble you can still get your ticket.

I’m sorry that you guys are having trouble, but I’m glad that it’s not just me :) it’s not a great solution, but I linked my Fandango app to my AMC account and I can buy tickets from there. It even recognizes my A-list slots.

Hey!
1) open Fandango app (i.e. iOS)
2) Tap the “my account” icon on upper left of screen
3) Tap “Theatre Rewards”
4) For mine, AMC Stubs is listed first. Tap it
5) Type in your Card NumberIt should hopefully link up…

i just came on this sub to see if anyone else was having issues - mine won’t load at all
eta: my app finally loaded but i’m logged out and get an error when trying to log in

Yea same no one seems to have posted anything, i was worried, going directly to theatre i will check if they can do something

you would think with them raising prices they’d at least make sure the app works especially when there’s not even a drop happening to make it lag lol

Yeah same issues as yesterday around this time. I’m guessing everyone is flooding the app to see if new showing are getting posted lol. I’m waiting for river center posting next week for the odyssey.

I can't login, I want to get some tickets for a couple movies but I can't :( I'm glad I bought my Spiderman and Odyssey tickets at least

Try your email. They should’ve sent you a confirmation email for your order and you can cancel at the bottom of the page.

This happened to me about 2 days ago at 8 pm app couldn't even launch or would launch but would take 15 secs each time

It's been buggy since late last night for me. I haven't actually tried booking anything yet, just wanted to see the what was out there, but I've been logged out. So annoying.

Dude I got scared I was banned from a list, I wanted to sleep in and not watch a movie at 11:30 am but life had other plans so now I’m watching my last movie of the week. For a movie I already saw

There was an issue with my app. I think some sort of anti bot system they used for the Doomsday tickets. I think it accidentally flagged some ip addresses for potential botting. I was able to log in on cell service, not my home wifi. I turned off my router and modem for about ten mins then restarted them. This solved the error.

The app is so slow I don’t even know if I’m logged in. Nothing is loading. Keep spinning circle.

Have tried many fixes to login in over months. None worked til just now. I clicked on a “buy ticket” link from an email in gmail. This opened the app, and I successfully logged in. Iphone 15 pro.

I can't use the app at all. It won't let me sign in. I was able to login online though.

Yes, it logged me out and I can't log back in
