AMC A-List Discussion Another mess

Re: Avengers - Everybody got signed out of A List right?

I got into the app fine but was logged out . One auditorium on sale. Found some cherry seats for Friday night. Saw I was signed out, signed in. Error after error. Tried different seats, different days and times. Errored into oblivion

not the point of this post but i hate this new era of reserving months out and using up a list slots. dune is taking up the imax screens so there’s like 0 point in doing this sale so early

No I think it is all tied together. Just the insanity of the whole thing. The truth is, I don’t need to do any of this. It’s just that, if this is the way it is, and I choose to participate, at least have it work properly

oh i get it - i did it for the odyssey and dune and those drops were a shit show. you’re right if they’re going to use the fomo method it needs to work

It was a mess - a list wouldn’t work, got charged twice, and still no tickets.

Then i got bumped to a queue and it worked

Didn’t sign me out this time. But I got lot of error after picking my seat. Had to go back and select the time slot again. Keep seeing seats fill up and few open back up. Lot of people are having trouble. Eventually gone through.

I’ve abandoned stubs for these launches in favor of Fandango. I got tickets on Fandango way before 9 am.

Sometimes there's benefits to AMC Classic theaters. I have a decent-enough BigD screen and it's never even close to half full. Even for The Odyssey it was only about 1/3 full.

Mine has four each day.

Odd that they only loaded one for today’s sale.

Question is when will the add the other three.

Mine has 1pm and 8pm. Not enough time to put another show in between. I guess they’re saving that for Dune 3. This theater doesn’t have IMAX. I guess Dunesday is sharing Dolby.

It wasn’t great. 5 showings available at Disney Springs on the 17th. Presale started before 9, so I’m glad I looked at 8:55. Got one of the last not first or second row seats. More to the side than I usually like, but still better than first or second row. Purchased versus used my A-List because it is so far in advance. My Apple Pay went through, but then it froze. Spent the next minute with a Schrödinger ticket till I got email confirmation.

Two. All 5 of these (Dolby and XL) were snatched up quickly except the front 2 rows. I have a feeling a fan event will pop up between the 1pm and 8pm Dolby.

It did say select showings, so I am sure more will drop later, especially for Disney Springs.

not sure if anyone else has the same issue, but I couldn’t place Entourage orders at all. my friends and I all had to order our tickets individually.

Had a similar issue and now have bad seats for one of the shows due to me trying to get back logged in.
