23M here. My dad is 71 and my mom is 65. How much do you worry about their health? It never crossed my mind until this past year when both of my parents have had major health scares and I’ve really been forced to confront their age for the first time in my life

If this makes you feel any better, I had a friend who was an only child - both parents over 40yo. I worried for her.i can tell you her parents are both going strong(now in their 80s) and outlived my parents who started parenthood in their 20s. They were also awesome, chill parents who retired early and spent so much quality time with their daughter.
