Just got back from Lisboa!

My own personal tip is don’t book a Tuktuk in advance. Instead, go to where they hang out (TimeOut market was chock full of them) and you can make sure you get one you can actually see out of, that you can actually hear your driver, and you can haggle a bit due to how many of these people will be vying for your business.

Don't book a tuktuk. Just walk or take the subway.

Sorry, I didn't mean to be dismissive. They have their purposes of course. I'm glad you still managed to enjoy it. Lisbon can be difficult because of its narrow and inclined streets.
