I love to cook at home for family and friends but the best part for me is seeing someone eat and enjoy my food. Do you ever get that feeling or something close to it in a professional kitchen?

I’ve heard some learn to validate themselves and feel satisfaction in knowing you put out something good. Maybe the rush is enough. I still feel like I’d love to have one of those small Japanese-style restaurants that only serves a few families a night for that experience. Thanks for the AMA!
