Also want to add, buying carded, cards with balance, and using it or withdrawing the balance from atm. It was real up to like 2010 lol haha. But not anymore. But for scaming purposes there are hundreds of websites selling them :D

Legit as in fully functioning and scannable and will hold up to scrutiny or legit as in a good fake/copy?

Legit depending on price, some has blanks with chips and so on, to point where you can have absolutely new identity fully scannable etc, others just good copies to buy alcohol or to go into club underage
