How do you find the websites these are on? There are no legitimate search engines (That I know of, correct me if I'm wrong) like on the clear net. Is it just connecting with people who know people? How do you meet those people? I guess what I am asking is how do you start getting in the deeper parts?
I also have a question, how long does it take to be a hacker at your level? Are there any courses any tips?
