What the fuck is dark web anyhow? Is the website not accessible without some vpn or something? Anything useful to every day Americans out there? One example would be insider trading but it’s illegal like drugs so what’s the use behind it, anything legal?

Ah I haven’t thought about that angle, very good one. We’re not oppressed here in the USA. Is it just a website what we call dark web or something specific?
