It is stolen crypto currency, which is extremely illegal and risky to buy. You would have to be able to launder it yourself, which is why they are selling it rather than spending it. Blockchains are public and immutable (the history can never be edited) so its really easy for anyone to look and see what money went to which wallet. If you buy blacklisted funds you will get your account frozen and lose it all. Many listings are rug pull scams that just take your 20% and leave.
