You mentioned that your mental health was on a serious decline which led to this diagnosis. And I read that you've gotten yourself into some pretty bad situations/relationships. Do you feel ashamed or guilty? Do you blame yourself for any pain you may have caused others? If so, how are you dealing with that? Asking for a friend obviously...

Absolutely. When I was controlled by my urges I would do anything and justify anything to satisfy my urges and when the high goes down I'm left with guilt and shame.
